There are two versions of the  diagnostic. One is for organisations and the other for personal change.  Take just five minutes to answer 20 questions.

Compare Results Across A Team

Comparing results across a team or comparing results between teams can be insightful.  This comparison should lead to asking why the results differ and what the underlying causes might be. 

This is done anonymously so that respondents can be honest in the way they answer the 20 questions. 

What is the Change Success Diagnostic?

 There are 20 questions which you answer on a sliding scale from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree".  Here are first three questions:

You will receive the results by email within minutes of submitting your responses.  

  • Your overall change potential score as a percentage.
  • Your score and the gap for each of three components: Readiness, Capability and Beliefs. 
  • Your score and the gap for each of the Change Success Factors.

This information is presented in table that is easy to read.  You can see where your score is low and the change success factors that you need to improve.
