  • Be very clear about what success will look like and it helps to paint a picture of success.  You can then set the metrics and you should to this at the very beginning.
  • Next, define your audience and this entails understanding your customer demographics. If you try to appeal to too broad an audience, you run the risk of “flying over the top".

    Storytelling is an important aspect and this is a way of organising the narrative.  Be clear about the story you are trying to tell and why this is important to your audience.  You also need to have just one message and ensure that it is clear and simple.
